Ingredients

250 grs. de carne de res, cocida y deshebrada
250 grs. de tomates verdes
2 chiles verdes para salsa
1/2 Kg. de tortillas de maíz
1/4 de cebolla mediana
1 diente de ajo
1/2 lechuga
1 queso fresco
sal y pimienta


Hacer la salsa con tomates, cebolla, ajo, chiles verdes, sal y pimienta, freír las tortillas, colocarles la carne deshebrada, y cubrirlas con salsa.


Para servir, adornar con queso fresco desmoronado y hojas de lechuga.
