CHEESE ARTICHOKE VEGETABLE HORS D'OEUVRE
2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
3-4 Tbsp. oil from the artichoke hearts
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic salt
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Mince the marinated artichoke hearts.
Add all other ingredients in a bowl.
Spread ingredients into a greased 12 x 8-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, until edges turn brown. (Do not overbake.)
Let settle before cutting.
Also delicious cold as an appetizer and stays in refrigerator for days.
