- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbl. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbl. cottage cheese
- 2 cups matzo farfel
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- In medium bowl beat eggs.
- Add butter,seasoning and cheese.
- Mix. Moisten farfel with hot milk. Stir into egg mixture.
- Drop by Tbl. on well greased frying pan.
- Fry until brown
- Yield: 8 Latkes
