CHEESE-FARFEL LATKES

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbl. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbl. cottage cheese
  • 2 cups matzo farfel
  • 1/2 cup hot milk

Directions

  • In medium bowl beat eggs.
  • Add butter,seasoning and cheese.
  • Mix. Moisten farfel with hot milk. Stir into egg mixture.
  • Drop by Tbl. on well greased frying pan.
  • Fry until brown
  • Yield: 8 Latkes
