CHICKEN FAJITAS

Serves 6-8 | Prep Time | Cook Time 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

1.5 to 2 lbs. frozen chicken strips from a bag.
1 small bag frozen green/yellow peppers & onions.
2 Small jars salsa sauce.
Large soft flat Tortilla shells
8 oz bag of shredded Mexican cheese.
1 small container Sour Cream.
Enough cooking oil to just cover bottom of skillet.


In large skillet, cook frozen chicken strips in oil until done.


Remove from skillet & cut into smaller strips.


Add bag of frozen green/yellow peppers & onions to skillet & cook until thawed.


Add chicken strips back into the skillet.


Add 1 small jar of salsa sauce.


To each Tortillas, add down the middle only: above mixture & shredded cheese.


Roll up the Tortillas (may need to use toothpick to hold together).


Brown on a heated grill or heated skilled.



Serve with sour cream & salsa on the side.
