Why I Love This Recipe

Serve with Sauteed Apples.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb. chicken livers
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
sauce
1/2 c. sherry


Directions

Shake chicken livers, a few at a time, in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.


Brown in butter over low heat.


Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sherry.


Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
