CHILE RELLENOS-STYLE CHICKEN
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope Shake 'n Bake Seasoning and Coating Mixture - Hot & Spicy
Recipe for Chicken
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese*
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
*Or, use 1/4 cup of each cheese.
Heat oven to 400F.Coat chicken with coating mixture as directed on
Bake 20 mins on ungreased or foil-lined 15x10-inch metal baking pan.
Mix cheese and chilies.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa.
