1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup cream style corn
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and beat until smooth.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in corn.
Drop by tablespoons into hot fat and fry until done.
**Can be eaten with maple syrup.

I like fruit fritters and never had with a vegetable before. I figured as I like corn bread this should be pretty good
