Ingredients

  • 1 LB.CRAWFISH TAILS AND FAT
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF ONION SOUP
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1/2 CUP UNCOOKED RICE
  • 1 TSP. RED PEPPER

Directions

  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY. COOK COVERED IN PREHEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL RICE IS TENDER. DO NOT ADD SALT SEASONING.
