BackstoryThis comes in handy when you have some left over corn or mushrooms or cauliflower or broccoli and such and you want to use it up.
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- To make a soup, put the mixture in a large saucepan and add 2 cups of cold water. Cook on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. To the thickened mixture add the main ingredient and let the soup cook a few minutes longer. One recipe will make about 3-5 cups depending on what you add to it.
