INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 1-1/3 cup
  • 1 (7 1/2 0z.) pkg. farmer cheese
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp. orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    •

DIRECTIONS

Place cheese, strawberries, sugar, liqueur (if desired) and vanilla in food processor fitted with steel blade. Process for 15 sec. or just 'til smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of container if necessary. Do NOT overprocess or mixture will be very thin.


Scrape spread into small bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
