5 cups flour
2 cups warm milk
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast in the warm milk and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir.
Add 3 cups of flour, oil and salt. Mix well after adding 1 to 2 cups of the remaining flour.
Makes a soft dough.
Pam spray a large bowl and put in the dough. Spray the top of the dough, cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise. Divide into 3 or 4 pieces.
On floured surface, roll each piece out into a circle and spread with melted butter. Divide with knife or pizza cutter into wedges like pizza.
Roll each wedge up starting at wide end. Lay on lightly greased cookie sheet. Let rise until doubled.
Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. (See recipe for cinnamon rolls) Marlene
