CRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 stick of butter or olive oil for frying

Directions

  • • Whisk eggs and cream together. Make a dry coating
  • mixture by combining parsley flakes, garlic powder, and
  • Parmesan cheese and crushed pork rinds. Dip chicken in
  • egg and water mixture then coat completely with cheese
  • and rinds mixture. Melt butter and fry the chicken until
  • done. Tastes great as is or dipped in blue cheese
  • dressing.
