CRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

1 pound chicken cut into pieces
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed pork rinds
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Dash of garlic powder
2 eggs
¼ cup cream
1 stick of butter or olive oil for frying


• Whisk eggs and cream together. Make a dry coating


mixture by combining parsley flakes, garlic powder, and


Parmesan cheese and crushed pork rinds. Dip chicken in


egg and water mixture then coat completely with cheese


and rinds mixture. Melt butter and fry the chicken until


done. Tastes great as is or dipped in blue cheese


dressing.
