CUCUMBERS IN RICE VINEGAR
1 Hothouse Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar*
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and let stand for a minimum of 15 minutes in order to allow the cucumbers to “sweat”.
Pairs Well With
Amount of Rice Vinegar used is a matter of personal taste, but use enough to ensure that all of the slices of cucumber are coated with vinegar.
