3 cups skim milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch crust
In saucepan, heat milk on low heat.
In bowl, mix sugar, flour, and eggs.
Beat well and pour into heated milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour custard filling into prepared crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
