Cabbage Casserole

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 large head of cabbage
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1-28 oz. can diced or stewed tomatoes
  • or
  • 1-10oz. can tomato soup

DIRECTIONS

Fry meat and onion. Cut up cabbage and pan fry until nearly cooked. In large baking dish, layer cabbage, then meat and repeat ending with cabbage. Top with tomatoes or soup and cover with foil. Bake at 325* F for at least 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
