CABBAGE ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. of ground meat
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 s. onion chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 1 can cream of veg. soup
  • 1 can cream style corn

Directions

  • Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water and let stand until limp. mix and and heat all but the tomato juice, veg. soup and cream style corn. Place a portion of meat mixture on each leaf, roll and pin with tooth picks. Heat the sauce (tomato juice, veg. soup and cream style corn). Place rolls in roaster pan, and cover the rolls with the sauce. bake one hour 1 covered, uncover and bake 30mins at 350.
