Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon
1’2 tsp. worcheshire sauce
½ cup olive oil


Combine the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, and worcheshire sauce. Slowly add the olive oil; mixture should thicken at the end. Pour over half the romaine lettuce. Toss, then add the cheese, croutons and the rest of the lettuce.
