Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

1/4 lb Bacon
4 Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Strips
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp Light Olive Oil
1 head Romaine Lettuce, Rinsed, Dried, Chopped
1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing of Choice
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated


*Cook bacon over med-high heat until evenly brown; crumble and set aside


*In same skillet, add chicken, seasoning, and oil; cook until chicken is golden brown; remove from heat; set aside


*In salad bowl, combine lettuce with enough dressing to coat, parmesan cheese, and bacon; toss and place on individual salad plates


*Top with sliced chicken and serve

*Using Grill for chicken or left over chicken works great too
