Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup ground red pepper
  • 2 tbsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredemts well. Store in freezer in jars with lids.
  • Rub or sprinkle on fish, pork or chicken.
