- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/8 tsp cyanne pepper
- 3 tsp ground white pepper
- 3 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 large baking potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces.
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- Mix all dry ingredents well. Place potatoes into a 13 x 9 greased baking dish. Pour butter evenly over potatoes. Sprinkle as much seasoning mix over potatoes as you would like. Store any leftover seasoning mix in freezer in mason jar with lid.
- Roast potatoes in 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
