Cajun shrimp toss
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 TBS. vegetable oil
2 TBS. lemon juice
1 TBS. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C milk
Mix shrimp, 1 tbsp. oil, lemon juice, worcestershire and cajun seasoning.
Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.
Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil then add shrimp mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for a bout 5 mintes or until shrimp is done. Serve over hot noodles.
