Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup. Muscle Egg (cake batter)
1/2 cup. egg whites
1/2 cup. oatmeal
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Mix those 3 ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray a muffin tin pan with non-stick spray.
Pour the batter into each tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
(if you don't have muscle egg, then use a scoop of vanilla protein powder)
