Cake to Die For
1 white cake mix
1/2 c sour cream
1(8oz) cream cheese, sftened
1 can peach pie filling
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1(8 oz) cool whip
Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs and pie filling.
Stir with a fork.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes in a jelly roll pan.
Cool at least one hour.
Beat pudding, cool whip, softened cream cheese and drained pineapple.
Spread on cool cake, Refrigerate.
