INGREDIENTS

  • 2 C sugar ½ tsp salt
  • 2 C butter 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 C flour 4 C cornflakes
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 C chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

Cream sugar and butter. Add dry ingredients. Then fold in cornflakes and nuts. Roll into balls, place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes. Makes about 100 cookies.
