Why I Love This Recipe

My husband is Armenian, with Greek culture, so Tzatziki is a staple and is incorporated into many meals. He has adapted this recipe after many tries, and it is perfection! It can be used with toasted pita bread as a dip, on Shish Kebob, or just by itself! This is super healthy, and addicting! Just remember to eat it with those you love, as the flavor is heavy with garlic (this way everyone smells like garlic!!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 containers strained yogurt (or use Greek yogurt) if using regular yogurt, use cheesecloth to drain any liquid
1 small container of sour cream
2 cucumbers, seeded, peeled, strained and shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tbl good olive oil
10 cloves of fresh garlic, (put through a garlic press)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate until ready to eat.
