Canadian cobbler salad
1 head iceberg lettuce,chunked and torn
4 c. baby spinach
14-oz. can bean sprouts, drained
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
Garnish: 3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
In a large serving bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredient; set aside.
Whisk together remaining ingredients except eggs in a small bowl.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
Garnish with egg slices.
