CANDIED GINGER & APPLE BROWNIES ( BLONDIES)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Apples( chopped fine)
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped Candy Ginger

Directions

  • Grease & Flour a 13 x9 pan
  • Cream butter,add Sugar and cream until fluffy. Beat in Eggs to mixture. Stir in Apples.
  • Sift together all dry ingredients
  • add to mixture then fold in Walnuts and Candied Ginger.
  • Bake 40 minutes in 350 oven
  • Cool and serve with whipped cream
