1/2 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup. whole walnut halves
1/4 granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and sour cream in a saucepan; cook to soft ball.
Cool to lukewarm.
Stir in vanilla.
Stir in nuts until all are well coated; dump out onto aluminum foil, breaking nuts apart. Cool.
