2 cups raw unsalted cashews, pecans, or walnuts
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tbs. butter
dash of honey
Sprinkle of rosemary
To candy the nuts: saute 2 cups raw unsalted cashews, pecans, or walnuts in a tablespoon of butter.
Add 3 tablespoons brown sugar and maybe a dash of honey and stir until they get nice and brown. Then sprinkle with rosemary.
To cool, spread out on wax paper so they won't be a sticky blob.
