Candy cane brownie bites
1/2c oat four
1/2c almond flour
2/3c Cocoa powder
1/2tsp salt and baking powder
3/4c raw sugar
1/2c non hydrogenated olive oil margarine
1c pumpkin purée
1 tsp peppermint extract
2 tbsp (about 4) crushed candy canes
2/3c stevia choc chips
Pre heat oven for 350.
Spray cupcake tins with pam and line with cupcake holders.
In a medium bowl mix first 4 ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix the next 8 ingredients. Pour dry into wet slowly and mix.
Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 min.
