Why I Love This Recipe

I make these for my family because they are tasty, quick and with a side salad very good dinner. Enjoy!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
6-oz. can tomato paste
2(8oz)cans Cresent dinner rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 cup prpard spaghetti sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese


Directions

Heat oven to 375*. Grease cookie sheet. In a large skillet, brown the ground beefand onion; drain well. Stir in green peppers and Italian seasoning and tomato paste. simmer for 15 minutes; let cool. Separate dough into 8 rectangles. firmly press perfortions together to seal. Spread about 1/3 cup meat mixture over each rectangle. Starting at shorter side, roll up; pinch edges and sides to seal. Place seam side down on prepared pan. bake at 375* for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile,in a small pan, heat up the spagheti sauce. Place cannelloni on serving plate;pour hot spaghetti sauce over cannlloni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
