- 2 cups dark rum
- 2 cups lime juice
- 2.5 cups (1 lb) brown sugar
- 8 cups water
- Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher. Mix ingredients until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Chill or warm the grog to desired temperature and serve. Optionally garnish chilled grog with bruised mint leaves or warm grog with a dash of cinnamon.
