Cara's delish potato tingle
three table spoons olive oil
3 twigs of rosemary
clove of garlic
teaspoon of masala (or any curry powder mild or light)
fry them untill see through in colour,
then add a tablespoon of brown sugar,
lower heat and allow to caramalize until golden in colour.
once your potatos and onions are ready,pour the potatos into a dish(serving dish)
and spread the onions over them..
finish off with black pepper and salt(try using maldon salt..the creme de la creme of salt)
and a twig or two of rosemary..and enjoy,the sweet and salty taste go beautifuly together...
