CARAMEL ICING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  • Mix brown sugar and margarine together
  • Melt and let boil hard for 1 minute
  • Set off heat
  • Add 1/2 cup cream and boil hard for 2 minute
  • Remove from heat and cool
  • Add powdered sugar and beat together
