  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Tidbits or Crushed Pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping


  • Stir together flour, oats and baking soda in medium bowl; set aside. Beat
  • together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy in another medium bowl.
  • Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla until well combined. Gradually stir in flour
  • mixture until thoroughly mixed. Stir in pineapple until just mixed. Pour
  • into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F., 20 to 25
  • minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15
  • minutes. Drizzle caramel sauce over top. Cut into bars.
