CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. caramels (about 28)
- 1 TBSP water
- 2 qts. of salted popped popcorn
DIRECTIONS
Place ½ lb caramels (28) and tbsp water in top of double boiler. Heat, stirring frequently. Until caramels melt and sauce is smooth. Pour sauce over 2 qt of salted popcorn in a large bowl. Toss lightly with a fork until every kernel is well coated. Form balls with moistened hands. Let harden and enjoy
