CARROT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 c oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c grated carrot
  • 1 small can pineapple (w/ juice)
  • 1 c nuts

Directions

  • Mix together all ingredients and add 2 c grated carrots, 1 sm can of pineapple w/ juice, add 1 c nuts.
  • Bake 40 min at 350F.
