Cake:
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour

1/3 Cup vanilla yogurt
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-8 oz can crushed pineapple and juice
1 Cup grated carrot
Frosting:
8 oz (250 gram) cream cheese, softened
3/4 Cup icing sugar
1/4 Cup vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C), or 325F (160C) if using a dark pan
2. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan
3. Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, egg white, sugars, yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Stir in pineapple and carrot
5. Stir dry mixture into carrot mixture until just blended
6. Pour batter into greased pan
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until edges pull away from sides and are golden brown
8. Let cake cool completely
9. Combine frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled cake
