• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1 1/2 tsp Cointreau
• 1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice (Fresh)
• 1 1/2 tsp Maraschino

A great place to have a cocktail where the ingredients aren't shot from a gun into your glass. Mojitos with sugar and mint actually muddled together before your eyes, Screwdrivers with fresh squeezed orange juice. AND finally, a bar that has the missing liqueurs of the past, Dubonnet, Benedictine, Marachino, Chartreuese.
