Catalina Tomato Salad
6 cups chopped plum tomatoes
1 (5 1/4 oz) jar stuffed olives, drained and halved
3/4 cup Catalina dressing
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
This is especially good on hot summer nights.
Pairs Well With
I don't care for olives so much so I keep that out at times. But its still tasty!
