Catering Chicken Casserole
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 large bag broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
reserved ritz crackers
Mix butter and crackers together and place in bottom of casserole pan. Save a small amount for the topping.
Put shredded chicken on top of crackers.
Place frozen broccoli over chicken and can add some grated cheese if wanted.
Mix soup, sour cream and broth and pour over chicken.
Top with reserved Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
