Cayene Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

1 can (10¾-ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1½ cups milk
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup flour
5 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 large onion, sliced thin


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


2. Combine soup, milk, salt, and cayenne in a bowl; set aside.


3. Place ⅓ of potatoes in a buttered 13 x 9 baking dish; top with ⅓ of sliced onions, ⅓ of melted butter, ⅓


of flour, and ⅓ of soup mixture. Repeat layers two additional times. Bake for 1 hour, 20 minutes.
