This recipe came from a 20,000 + recipe disk I was given
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb grated cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 oz seasoned flour
- 1 C tomato sauce, for a dip
- Oil to fry
DIRECTIONS
Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste.
Shape into small balls and roll in seasoned flour then fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce; if you like.
