1 C grated cheese
1/2 C - 2/3 C flour (or wheat germ)
2 TB oil (opt)
water or milk
Mix all, adding enough water or milk to make a good consistency. (I do not remember how much I add)
Roll the dough into balls, they should be about 1" or 1 1/2" in diameter.
If the dough is sticking to my hand, I would use some water to moisten them
Place on greased baking sheet, about 1" apart, cook a in preheated 350 F oven for 10-15 minutes.
Variation: replace some of the flour with ground nuts
