Why I Love This Recipe
These are tasty little cracker things. Great for dips or just eating.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup soft butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal (eg. Rice Krispies
1/2 cup flour
Combine all but rice cereal and flour.
Add flour and cereal to butter mixture.
Shape into small balls with 1 tsp. of mixture for each.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 375 deg. for 8 to 12 minutes.
