Cheese-Dried Beef Dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 1/2 c. small curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely cut dried beef
1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 c. boiling water
Put cream cheese and cottage chees in lrg. mixer bowl. Beat 'til blended. Add beef, onion flakes and salt.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add to cheese mixture. Beat well. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve with carrots sticks.
