2 cups grated sharp cheese
1/4 lb butter
48 pimiento green olives
1 cup flour
reheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put the cheese and butter in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add the flour and mix well.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut the dough into 2 inch squares and wrap a square around each olive, sealing the seams.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 190C
