CHEESE RICE
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6-8
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients together and put into 7x11 pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 Deg for 40-45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
