Why I Love This Recipe

My Nan's cheese scone recipe! She wanted me to share. They have good memories for me, love these with salted butter and thick spread of marmite


Ingredients You'll Need

6 oz Self Raising Flour
1 oz Margarine
3 oz Grated Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Milk


Directions

Rub fat into flour


mix in beaten egg and milk


Add cheese and seasoning


Roll out to 1/2 inch and into triangles


Brush top with egg mix


sprinkle with cheese


Bake in hot oven 425/450 for 15mins


enjoy!
