  • 6 oz Self Raising Flour
  • 1 oz Margarine
  • 3 oz Grated Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk


  • Rub fat into flour
  • mix in beaten egg and milk
  • Add cheese and seasoning
  • Roll out to 1/2 inch and into triangles
  • Brush top with egg mix
  • sprinkle with cheese
  • Bake in hot oven 425/450 for 15mins
  • enjoy!
