CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes

Directions

  • In double boiler, melt margarine over low-medium heat.
  • Add milk, sugar and cheese, stir often until cheese is melted.
  • Put in jars and cover.
  • Makes 1 1/2 pints.
  • Keep refrigerated.
