CHEESE SPREAD
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5
- Preparation Time: 5
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
DIRECTIONS
In double boiler, melt margarine over low-medium heat.
Add milk, sugar and cheese, stir often until cheese is melted.
Put in jars and cover.
Makes 1 1/2 pints.
Keep refrigerated.
